This private home is 15min from Charlotte Harbor Beach.
Next to I-75. Highway noise will be heard during the duration of your stay at various levels due to proximity to highway (i.e. rush hour will have elevated levels).
Breaking of any of the house rules intentionally or unintentionally will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and immediate guest eviction from the property with no refunds.
The person booking MUST BE one of the guests who remain with the rental group throughout the stay. If this rule is not followed, all guests will be evicted immediately with no refund of rental monies paid. Guest who initiates the booking will remain responsible for all other guests, children, or visitors during occupancy of the property.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS/NO PARTIES – No unauthorized visitors (humans and animals) without prior approval from host. There is an extra guest fee of $30/per guest per night also there is a $20/per visitor per day fee without exceeding the 12 person 2 pet occupancy limit at all times..
