Summary: The property was exactly as advertised. The grounds were fantastic and pool was great and well heated. Location wise, it couldn't be beat. It is under a 10 min walk to the beach, you can walk to restaurants on the boardwalk and canal. And the neighborhood was fantastic too, very safe. Also the communication with the property manager was great, they responded to messages very quickly, most of the time within 15 minutes and were extremely helpful. We stayed at the property with two families (8 in total) and it was very comfortable and there was plenty of space.

Summary: The property manager never community that they were working on the roof. We arrived to the property with a tarp on the roof. The master bathroom looked like that they were still working on it. Also there was water leaking from the kitchen ceiling and the property manager said it was from condensation. Lastly the pool didn’t have a cool temperature we asked if the property manager would be able to adjust the temp because it was hearted and they disregarded the request. I wouldn’t recommend this property

Summary: We had a great experience! Airline left us stranded in Miami so rented property on very short notice. The manager was very fast to respond to questions and provide clear info about check-in, house features and local attractions! It is a 5-10 minute walk (with kids) to the beach and the Broadwalk where we found fantastic food and shops. Also very close to supermarket. The home is wonderful. Decor is modern and clean. Everything looked new and worked great! We cooked several meals. The 4 bedrooms easily accommodated our 8 people but could hold more. The pool was perfect for a refreshing dip and kept the kids occupied for several hours. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful! We would be happy to visit again. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: The property was just as advertised. The location was an easy five minute walk to the beach. The home was very clean and great for all of our extended family and children. This was our third year coming to Hollywood and we will definitely book this place again if we come next year!
