Summary: The Villa is lovely, with regular visits from cleaners and pool man. Spyros could not have been a better host - nothing was too much trouble for him. A very genuine helpful guy who cares about his guests. Villa is close to supermarket but seemed a long walk carrying water, coke, beer etc. Car not really needed but taxis very busy due to large number of tourists. Would not hesitate to recommend to others. We fell in love with the stray cats who adopt the villa and miss them already!

Summary: The villa was fabulous, met our expectations, there were 7 of us for this family holiday. Spyros was extremely helpful when we arrived after 8pm at night. Greeted us at the airport on our arrival, drove us to the shop and back so we could get essentials and gave us water and wine free of charge. The villa's amenities were first class, the maid came to clean every other day, never saw the pool guy even though it was all tidied after us. Lovely gardens, in a residential area so you have to abide by the quiet times, even though the neighbours dog barked a bit. There are also 3 cats milling about the villa (outside not in!!!), so we looked after them for the duration and they got used to us. Out of the centre of Tsilvi, but we walked one day not advisable as footpaths are hit and miss. Taxis reasonable cost, but somewhat a magical mystery tour as they all go different ways to get there. Car is recommended to make the most of the beautiful island. Highly recommend this villa close enough to all facilities, clean and lovely owners. Thanks again Anthony and Spyros. Hello to the cats!!

Summary: The upkeep of the property was wonderful, Spyros was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay (even going out of his way to provide and bring over a Barbeque within a matter of hours of requesting one). The place is warm and friendly, and the area very quiet. It's far away out of Zante to give you privacy, but close enough to be in walking distance (although in the heat I would recommend a mode of transport) Regular pool cleaner and house keeping were included. Overall a great place for gatherings, only consideration is that given the area late night noise is generally going to cause problems with the neighbours.

Summary: Just arrived back from this lovely villa, from the start of booking in January to arriving in July both Antony & Spyros have been very helpful,and provided us with an excellent service . we were a family of 5 adults & 3 children(2 under 5)the shallow end of the pool was ideal for the little ones) the villa is maintained to a very high standard,both in & out side(there was a lot of wasps around the pool area coming in for water but luckily no one got stung) Due to the location a hire vehicle is essential which we did from Tsivilli town. The Taxi service Spyros supply's on the information sheet was fast & reliable. Spyros kindly allowed us to remain in the villa on our last day as our flight was late afternoon,Which made the last day more enjoyable,Thankyou Spyros. We would definitely highly recommend this Villa & would return. Maggie & Howard

Summary: I stayed here with my family for a week last week.I have to say it was a beautiful villa.There were 7 adults and 1 child and we had plenty of room.The bedrooms were a really good size with plenty of storage.The pool was beautifull and enjoyed by the adults just as much as my daughter.We was greeted at the airport by the owner who showed us the way to the villa(which was only a 10 min drive)He was very helpfull and nothing was to much trouble.The house keeper came every day and kept the villa nice and clean.It was a beautifull place not to far from the town and the beach.We all had an amazing time and would stay here again.Thank you.

Summary: It was everything & more from the description. Away from the hustle & bustle - very private, very quiet - we were aware that transport was needed to go anywhere - we used taxis - readily available. Spyros - the owner - was marvellous - picked us up & dropped us at the airport & was always available if we needed him. Only one comment - dogs barking through the night - not the neighbours - probably about half a mile away. Having been to several Greek Islands- barking dogs are a way of life it would seem. I would definitely go back.
