This fine villa is located in the northern part of Sicily. Precisely in one of the most enchanting and suggestive part of the region, where sandy beaches meet imposing cliffs which skilfully wind along the coast, as only nature could do, eventually diving into the clear waters of the Thyrrenian Sea. The building is made unique by the surrounding natural scenario, which provides an almost idyllic atmosphere. Being situated very close to the beach (only 50 m), it allows, from its balconies, a breathtaking view of the crystalline sea and of the Aeolian Islands archipelago. The house, plunged in a wide garden (about 5000 M2) amid olive and eucalyptus trees, offers large spaces in the shade where to spend pleasant moments in the utmost quietness, enjoying at the same time the surrounding suggestive scenery. From the large garden one can have direct access to the shiny sandy beach, lightly touched by the warm and clear waters of the sea. An ideal frame to this oasis of peace.
The villa in the winter period, from November to February, is ideal for those suffering from allergies. In this period, for those who intend to stay for more than a week, discounts will be made.

Summary: We rented this property so we can meet with friends and family from different locations in US and Europe! The terrace overlooking the sea was roomy and great for gathering with our friends and family who stayed at other nearby locations! The sun was hot in the afternoon but the shade of the terrace at that time of day allowed us to be able to spend time outside overlooking the water. The house is steps away from the beach! The village is not touristy which we loved as we had a genuine Italian experience! We walked to the town and there were many great and inexpensive Italian restaurants with great food. There is a nearby beach restaurant where there was a live band steps away from our place. The house is roomy and can easily accommodate a few families with children. We could watch the sunrise from our terrace and the view of the Eolian islands was amazing! The owners were very responsive to our needs and the house is very nicely decorated with locally sourced ceramic pottery and beautiful furniture. I highly recommend this location even though it was 2 hours away from the airport. We feel we had a genuine Italian experience in this lively village close to Patti! I recommend the shoe store in San Giorgio as well. The owner catered to us and has a great selection of Italian made shoes for men women and children at great prices. The Number One restaurant which is a 10-minute walk was great for sea food , pasta and pizza. They worked with us to accommodate a large number of people. The village is lively with many evening e events, live music, children attractions and great gelato. We hope to return to this house and village in a few years!

Summary: If you're looking for good and nearby access to the beach, this is the place. It's literally 150 meters to the waters edge. This town is not as touristy as others and we felt we were with the locals (which we enjoyed). Our Italian language skills were minimal but everyone we encountered was nice as we communicated. As a previous reviewer said, there are some good restaurants within walking distance. We happened to stay over a weekend and one of the restaurants featured karaoke on a Friday night. The place was full and lively. If you're going to Sicily for the sight seeing, this place is about 2 hours from Palermo and about 2 hours from Catania. Cefalu is about 1 hour away. Driving to the Valley of the Temples is a little less than a 3 hour drive. The villa was comfortable and is actually like a duplex with a large shared patio. Each unit has a kitchen. This worked out perfectly for us as our friends stayed in one half and we stayed in the other and we each had our own privacy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as we were looking to relax at this point in our vacation here. I would suggest to Graziella to invest in a conventional coffee pot (for the Americans). However, we made do with the small one. One of the kitchens had no supplies while the other was fully stocked. We moved a few things back and forth between kitchens to equalize things out. Although the description says there is a pool, there is not. Graziella let us know immediately after booking that they were trying to obtain the permits for a pool in time for our visit. We didn't see any evidence of a pool being started, but we didn't care since the beach was so close. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and Graziella was very nice and waited for us upon our very late arrival. We enjoyed the canolies!

Summary: The property has a greater location. It is indeed just 50 meters from the beautiful and clean beach. We were there in August and even in the high season there are not that many people on the beach. The property itself is in the nice garden in the secluded area with no neighbors wisible from the house. House is simple but has all necessary amenities. But we spent most of the tome on a spacious veranda overlooking garden and the sea with a breathtaking view on the voulcanic islands. The property at the end of a small town that has all necessities: supermarket, pharmacy , etc. The only thing you should be aware of is that the train goes really close st the back of the house, but the tragic is really low it only comes about 6 time a day. We want to thank our woundeful hosts Graziella and Emanuelle for their hospitality and great vacation time full of tranquility, sun and beautiful sea.

Summary: It has been a pleasure spending time here with our friends from Canada. The villa beatifully decorated and comfortable. The garden is charming with views of the sea, the islands and mountains. We had many happy hours watching the sea, relaxing and enjoying Giuseppe's stories, italian and cooking lessons. Summary: We had a great week here. We were two extended families, with 6 adults and 4 children. The house has plenty of room and it never felt crowded, even with such a large group. The children had a fantastic time, it's so close to the beach that we spent almost every day there. The house is well equiped, clean and comfortable. The hosts are helpful and attentive. Highly recommended.

Summary: We booked this villa as it was the right size for extended family (us, our 2 married daughters and partners and 3 young grandchildren), it had a large garden and next to the beach with no busy road (only a track). We were able to view it on Google. We were not disappointed - it had all the right facilities and the beach location was just right for the three grandchildren (4, 5 and 7). There is no wifi but we knew this and have a Vodafone wifi 3G (Myfi) device and for 15€ for 7GB (Italian SIM) could connect all the adults to their seemingly essential devices for our stay! The house even has its own pet tortoise. The house was clean / tidy and met the description. We were met by the owners at the motorway junction to guide us to the house. 10-15 mins walk are 2 - 3 restaurants (not expensive) and an ice-cream shop. There is a reasonable size supermarket (but no fresh fish) and a very good bakers shop. Recommended if you have a large family group (3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms). You will need to bring all supplies (bottle of water, loo rolls and salt provided). Cooking facilities OK. Small washing machine very useful. Only think lacking is a dishwasher. Also flexible with dates - wanted Saturday - Monday (10 days) and we were accommodated. A train line runs nearby but this is not noisy and 2 grandsons rushed out to look at Italian trains, and went on them, from the local station which is within walking distance (tickets from shop not station). Have a good stay.

Summary: We had the most memorable vacation at the villa. It is even better than pictured and the location is the perfect point to venture off to some of the most beautiful sites in Sicily. The owner and her family were wonderful and ensured all our needs were more than taken care of. We were 2 families, both with kids ranging in age from 4 - 20. The apartment set up was ideal to be together, yet still have some "alone" time for the children. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and many days we had a clear view of the Aeolian islands. Summary: Spacious, beautifully furnished "double" house on the beach, perfect for two families (or a large one, in our case). The beach is never crowded even in the heart of August. The view on the Eolian islands is a constant marvel. The trip to Vulcano can be done within a day, and it's worth it.
