Summary: Highly recommend staying in Francesco's villa! Spacious accommodations, easy parking a short walk away, close for day trips throughout Tuscany, and a friendly and accommodating host. Summary: My wife and I stayed for four nights, which was perfect. The Villa is in excellent condition and is nicely decorated. Francisco was a great host and went out of his way to make sure our needs were met. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. I recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing location away from the larger cities. Everything is a close drive, and the views are spectacular.

Summary: The reviews say it all and more!!! I’ve been to Tuscany a few times before and This place is a find!!! Perfectly located between Pienza and Montepulciano! Quiet walked town. And the food!!! La Porta restaurant!!! And Francesco’s breakfasts - Wonderful!

Summary: Francesco is by far the best host we have ever experienced. His place is wonderful, the area stunning and a great point to travel from to see other historic sites.
