Beautiful heritage , stone built and luxury decorated Villa HEAVEN No.2 is placed in village Muć Donji, near Split, in beautiful pine forest environment on 3000m2 large plot. Remote and isolated Villa is placed in very private area. Villa has 240m2, with fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms ( 75m2 + 20m2 ) and balcony. In center part of plot there is a large heated swimming pool ( 10m x 4.3 m) that is offering swimming in +25 Celsius heated water temperature, from early April till late October. Pool is surrounded by large sun terrace with deck chairs and also by 2 large outdoor terraces with bar and garden furniture. Both terraces offer beautiful view on pool and mountain view . Villa has its private sports terrain on 550 m2, composed of : basketball court 140 m2, football court on 160 m2, bocce court, badminton & volley ball court plus small mini golf course . Also, there is separate playground for small children, placed in beautiful flower garden with lots of trees ,that is surrounding Villa . Villa is just outside of a village , mind and body relaxing with lots of privacy for our guests and lots of outdoor activities on site. 6 mountain bikes in Villa are free for use on more than 65 km of superb mountain bike/quad forest routes that are placed just next to Villa. Walks in forest are daily routine for our guests, mind and body relaxing in hot Summer days because of freshness that pine forest is offering. Place is just 30 min drive to Split and local beach. We offer our local food and vine for our guests.
Luxury Villa Heaven No. 2 has 3 floors. Ground floor is 75 m2 large living room ( Dalmatian stone/wood built "konoba") with luxury interior, large billiard table , luxury seating furniture , large flat TV and audio system plus eating table. It offers great place for all day/night fun & party for guests. There is a bathroom too on this floor. Villa has been fully renovated in 2018. On 1st. floor there are: large new fully equipped kitchen , 2 bedrooms , bathroom and living room. It has a fireplace for winter period and air condition for summer period. Large balcony ( 30 m2) on this floor offers an outside lounge seating set and large kitchen table so guests can have lunch on open space or just space to enjoy with view on the pool and environment around the house.
On 2nd floor there are 3 large bedrooms with beautiful view on the pool and near by forest area . There is an large bathroom too on this floor.
Villa offers all that guests need for nice , relaxed and very private vacation in forest environment of middle Dalmatia . All big cities in region ( Split, Šibenik , Kastela , Omiš , Trogir ... ) or rivers ( Krka , Cetina) are in 30 to 60 min drive , so guests can see all of them during the day rush and still have their own private luxury place for relaxation with family and friends by the large pool or in our "konoba".

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious villa surrounded by nature. We took advantage of the many fun activities to do at the villa and within a short drive (hiking, rafting, ATVs, sightseeing, etc). The villa was clean and well-equipped and the host was fantastic, ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Summary: This is a beautiful remote villa surrounded by nature and wildlife. It has everything you could want - relaxation by the pool and activity with the games room and outside sports area. It is furnished to a very high standard. The villa is extremely clean. Ivan is an incredible host and on arrival gave us an amazing prosciutto and cheese meal, plus throughout the stay provided lots of advice on days out. Don’t wait, book this villa now!

Summary: With Ivan we had a wonderful stay, the property was spacious and the host was extremely helpful with taxis and if there were any issues with the property. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Ivan with birthday decorations and a charcuterie. The whole stay was extremely pleasant and definitely would visit again! Could not fault!!

Summary: We had a fantastic 2 week holiday, a variety of age ranges in our group from 65 down 10 years old. We all loved our stay, and the property was amazing and well furnished with everything you could need. Topped off by the beautiful location which was breathtaking. Ivan was an excellent host, easy to communicate with and incredibly helpful. We will be back!

Summary: We booked this villa for a long weekend trip in April with 9 adults and had an amazing time. The villa is approx. 30min away from the Split city centre but you can also enjoy the time without travelling to the city all day. There are plenty of actitivies which you can do directly at the villa such as billiard, darts, soccer, basketball, swimming, relaxing at the pool, mountainbiking, mini golf, archery, karaoke, etc. This was a lot of fun for a bigger group. The location itself has all the required equipment and a very nice interior. Ivan was a great host and the communication with him was easy and uncomplicated. Besides that, we had some nice cold welcoming snacks and some local drinks from the house bar for free. To sum up: This place was the perfect spot for our vacation.

Summary: We had booked this property for 9 nights to spend a nice undisturbed time with friends. And what should I say.... IT WAS AMAZING! There were no neighbors which you can disturb with music and other noises und you had everything to do party at night. You have in the basement a huge stereo bass system therefore. The next day you could have a nice relaxing time at the pool. :) You can buy groceries directly in Muc either with the bike or the car and you have a big kitchen to cook food for more then 10 persons. Ivan is a very nice, helpful and accommodating host. He prepared a welcome cold meal on the day of arrival and showed us the entire property with all important informations. When we had questions he answered very quickly. We really enjoyed the time there and will definitely come back for our next vacation.
