Our house is located in the center of Anaheim. 8 minutes away to Disneyland, Knott’s berry farm and Anaheim convention Center. A lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Walk distance to the bus station. Free parking in front of the house. Easy access to freeway 5, 91. Newly remodeled and clean. Few Dallas use Uber to Disneyland and Knott’s berry farm. We have 5 bedrooms, 2bath, clean and comfortable yard.

- Our house can park maximum two cars in the driveway. Please follow the street parking rule if you’re parking on the street. Guest will responsible for any parking violations. Due to county regulations our driveway only permits 2 vehicles at a time. Violators will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense

-In order to preserve energy & help the environment, please turn off & unplug all unused electronics, lights, and air condition/ heater.
- We provide the grill but not the propane tank gas, if you would like to use the grill you will need to rent a propane tank from the nearby Walgreens.
- DISCLAIMER: For your safety and the safety of others, security cameras are installed outdoors on this property.
- Please keep noise level to a minimum after dark from disturbing the neighbors. Quiet time is 9:30PM -8AM. No excessive noise or loud music after 9:30pm (noise complaint $400 fine)
- PARTIES: Not allowed. If there is a party, or excessive noise after 9:30pm that disturb the neighbors, guests will be asked to leave without refund. No parties ($400 fine).
- NO PETS AND NO SMOKING inside the house ($400 fine)
- If you are staying on Sunday, please take out the trash cans and put them in front of the sidewalk.
- If you are staying on Monday, please bring in the trash cans when they are empty and put them in the back of the garage.
- Before you leave, please put all trashes in the outside trash cans. Clean the food on the dishes and put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher to wash. Put the used towels in the washer to wash.
- Security Deposit: If anything is damaged, or any house rules are broken, you may be charged.
- Fines will be deducted from the security deposit.

Summary: We spent 5 days, 4nights here. The neighborhood is working class, but clean and quiet. There was plenty of room for our group. We didn’t go to Disneyland so proximity wasn’t a priority for us. Grocery stores, easy freeway access and enough beds were our priority. The house was what we expected for the price and location.

Summary: Great property for our out of town families attending a wedding. Gorgeous back yard filled with fruit trees. Excellent reponsineess from owner even when we realized we left an item after checking out.

Summary: Very pleased with our stay here. Host was responsive and extremely accommodating. House was perfect for our needs and close to Disney. Only recommendation would be a fan in the bedroom by the laundry room. But with the window open it was nice. Overall stay was great. Neighborhood was cute, close to grocery store, fast food if needed, gas stations and Starbucks. Went for a nice walk around the block and enjoyed the Sunset. Would have enjoyed a few more days here if we were staying longer!

Summary: Overall: Would not recommend this house due to the cleanliness/broken items. Would not recommend VRBO. Pros the host was very responsive and the amount of rooms was great. Cons: Multiple things in the house were broken when we arrived (bed frame and toilet cover), things were missing (power cord to the tv and remote), things were not clean (garbage in some rooms not emptied, coffee pot had old grounds, floors were pretty dirty). The first night was basically three to four hours of figuring out and coordinating with the host and handyman what needed to be cleaned. VRBO was of no help and they kept telling us all we could do was write a review and request a cleaning fee back (which didn't happen).

Summary: I Love the place really clean and a lot of rooms. I had a friends dinner and we actually really enjoy the patio. it was a big patio and a good place tp stay. All the rooms were really clean. we really enjoyed staying there and we have a great time. the manager was so generous and the answer me right away everything. thank you
