Negative: Check in was a nightmare!On of the qualities and the main reason why we booked this hotel is for being opened 24/7 very disappointing that during the night the door is closed and took us 14 calls, nonstop knocking and ringing bell, honking and 40 minutes for someone to open the door. If the money wasn’t already taken from my bank account we have had left to another place. When staff finally opened the door she first said she was on break then she said she wasn’t sure why she didn’t hear us. I highly recommend staff to leave a sign on the door if they are going on break that would have helped a lot. We genuinely thought no one was going to open the door and were going to have to sleep in our car even though we had already paid!
