Negative: The room I booked - 2 double beds room does not exist in the hotel, but it showed in booking.com. Blankets and pillows are dusty and dirty. One of the power plug was burnt - turned black which we did not dare to use. One of the staff is terrible. He offered us a ride to the nearest restaurant and put his meal into our receipt without telling!! We did not pay for him though. This disgust trick should not happen from the hotel staff!!!

Positive: The hotel is at very peacefull area right behind the Shalimar bagh which is walkable 5 mins, Nearby Areas like nishat garden , Hazratbal Shrine. The Rooms are vwry comfortable. The reception will organise transportation at very nominal cost. I had very enjoyable stay.
