Positive: - Clean, modern, well furnished kitchen - comfortable bed - good instructions for check in/check out - responsive host

Negative: - the sheets were very static-y - we were shocked multiple times when getting in and out of bed during our stay there

Positive: Such a beautiful apartment, decorated tastefully and with everything you need (bar a washer/drier but there’s a laundromat just around the corner). It was in a great location, with views of the city and churches. The kitchen was especially awesome - very well stocked. Katerine, our host, was excellent. She kept constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed.

Positive: Katerine was an excellent host. My Spanish is poor, but as Katerine speaks and writes fluent English, that was never an issue. The apartment is modern, clean, and feels newly renovated. On top of that, it is situated 5 minutes walk from the most important locations in Centro Historico. Overall, I would recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Quito.

Positive: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this small modern apartment near the cathedral in Quito, and it was an absolute delight! The apartment itself is compact, yet incredibly well-designed. The modern furnishings and thoughtful decor created a cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect home base for exploring the historical center of Quito. The proximity to the cathedral and other attractions is a major highlight. You can easily walk to all the must-visit spots, the only thing to keep in mind is that Quito is quite hilly, so be prepared for a bit of a workout if you choose to explore on foot. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, offering local tips and ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The attention to detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable bed, made the experience all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a centrally located, clean, and modern space in Quito.

Positive: The apartment is a wonderful place to stay. Modern, new, minimalistic furnished. The modern kitchen is very well equipped. The living room is great with a comfortable couch, the dining area has a large table, perfect to dine at and to work on. The bedroom offers an extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom came with plenty towels, soap and shampoo The unit offers a beautiful view to the basilica and the surrounding hills. It is quiet even though it is in the historic center. Great place to stay! Katarina and Ronald are very kind, responsive, and helpful hosts. Highly recommendable! I enjoyed my stay!
