Avanti Acres is a new build property completed in March of 22. The property boasts 10ft ceilings throughout it's spacious 1500 sqft. This cabin is beautifully upgraded and provides the perfect at home feel. With a cozy living area and fully stocked kitchen, prepare to have the ultimate Arizona vacation. Enjoy elbow room on 4 acres that back to National Forrest, a spacious patio to lounge on, or catch up on sleep aboard one of the King size beds. Coupled with the wood shutters and commercial graded vinyl flooring, you're sure to unwind and take it easy. Less then 12 miles away from downtown, this is a perfect destination if you want to visit Show Low for vacation, while also recharging in a private sanctuary. You'll have plenty of space to bring your all terrain vehicles of all sizes, with the exciting Maverick Trail only minutes away. High speed Wi-Fi is a must and Avanti Acres delivers! Each of the matching master bedrooms is equipped with a 50 Inch smart TV, walk in closet, and en suite bathroom with custom walk in showers. The common area has an office space for emails and web surfing for those that can't leave their laptop at home. The living room has two full size recliners with USB ports for device charging as well as a couch that has the ability to be pulled out for additional sleeping space. The 70 Inch smart TV is great for enjoying your favorite show, sports, or playing music to set the mood. Summary: Very nice place outside of town. The listing is perfectly accurate for the amenities and features of the property. We’d planned to play in the snow on our weekend trip but the weather had different plans. We still had a great time walking around the property and hanging out in the cabin with games and movies. Will definitely check for this property again in the future.

Summary: We had the best experience my kids and I. We wanted a short stay cation out of the city and I couldn't have chosen a better place. The hosts thought of everything to ensure guests are comfortable. It has all the amenities of home. My kids ages are 23, 13 & 4 and they all were entertained outside, played board games, walked around the property, while I was relaxing. When we weren't at the property we found hiking trails, creeks and even drove out to a lake. Lots to do and very relaxing! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you again for being such wonderful hosts!

Summary: This is a beautiful, peaceful property. My husband and I stayed for 11 days, while he was working nearby. The home is comfortable and includes everything you could need for a ln enjoyable stay. Mario was very communicative when there was an issue with the internet, and did everything he could to get it fixed ASAP. You can tell he values his customers and wants them to have an extraordinary stay. We did!!! And if we get back to AZ, we will definitely stay again.
