Summary: This property is just perfect for big families and is absolutely kid friendly. Huge and spacious common areas with all different kinds of bedroom options and bunk beds (kids loved it!). The owners have taken extra effort in fully stocking the house with clean towels, bedding, tea and coffee (even ice bags in the fridge). The only cons was that couple of burners were not working in the kitchen (not a big deal)Deb, the property owners was such a sweet person patiently answering any questions we had before and during our stay. A super thumbs up for the overall experience and absolutely recommend it!

Summary: We loved this property. It was beautiful and the views were amazing! There is tons of sleeping space for large groups. Not far from Sunrise, we snowboarded two days. I highly recommend this house, you will not be disappointed.

Summary: My family had a wonderful stay at Utopia Retreat. The property is exactly what we were expecting and wanting for our family reunion. Plenty of space for everyone, kitchen was well stocked, and the view was incredible. Feeding and watching the humming birds was an added treat. The hosts was very responsive and answered any questions that came up during our stay. My family would choose to stay at Utopia Retreat again, next time we are in the White Mountains.

Summary: What an amazing weekend we had for my husband’s birthday. House was absolutely beautiful, comfortable and well organized. House was very clean and comfortable beds, loved the sheets and bedding. Home is fully stocked with all the things you need for cooking or bbq. This is the best rental I have ever seen and would give more than 5 stars. Everything was perfect no complaints. We are definitely coming back.
