Summary: We were in town for my mother’s birthday and it was a great home base in between all the family events. Good location, quiet and comfortable stay, and we tried the host’s recommendations for pho (pho y 1) and malibu grill and bbq next door and loved it.

Summary: luong was very kind and helpful. he was very responsive and answered any messages almost immediately. the house itself was very tidy and organized. the floors could have been cleaned a bit more, but it was very clean overall. i also loved the surrounding neighborhood! super peaceful and quiet.

Summary: I enjoyed this property. It's clean, well appointed and the owner is quick to respond. I would definitely recommend. It's quiet, the beds are comfortable, and there's a coffee shop and convenience store within 500 steps of the front door.
