Summary: We had a great time at Lorraine's place. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units for our family (three couples with kids ranging from 2 to 10). There was plenty of room with comfortable beds and lots of room for everyone to hang out. Check-in was easy and we had no problems throughout the stay.Our only issue with our stay was around the check-out process / additional cleaning fee. We were diligent about maintaining the property in good shape and cleaning when we left - in-line with how we usually leave vacation rentals. We spent quite a bit of time on our last morning there tidying up and making sure that the place was left in accordance with the instructions (placing laundry in the laundry rooms, etc.). Unfortunately, we and the host had different expectations around cleanliness, so we were charged an additional cleaning fee for dealing with some of the things left behind by the three toddlers we had with us (there were cheerios left in the couch, some wrappers we didn't see while cleaning, etc.). This was quite a surprise to us, but we understand that the host is just passing along her cleaning costs.

Summary: Our group of 8 adults 7 children (ages 8-17) had a wonderful stay at this property. We have stayed at 3 other properties in Big White and this was by far the most well-appointed. The home was spotless, comfy beds, plenty of towels, the kitchen was stocked perfectly for our group. We really enjoyed using the indoor grill for all of our breakfasts. The hot tub was perfect for après ski. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. The property owner was easy to communicate with and very friendly.

Summary: This house is amazing! It has three levels that are connected (or the downstairs can be rented separately), each with great living areas. So two kitchens! The main level easily accommodated10 adults and 5 children for meals and just hanging out. The view at sunrise was magnificent and changes throughout the day. You can even see the fireworks on Saturday night from the house! Ski in ski out worked well and the property held 5 vehicles, including a truck and a van. The kitchen was well-equipped and the house was very clean. The linens were good and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was immaculate! Lorraine was very responsive, helpful, and couldn’t have been nicer! We had a perfect time and will definitely return.

Summary: The chalet was a great property for several families. The architecture was beautiful. Everything was very well maintained. The hot tub was great. The bedrooms are well spaced to give room for everyone. It is a small walk down a street to get to the skiing both on the ski in and ski out.

Summary: This chalet is perfect for any group. I have stayed here multiple times, girls weekends, family get aways and weekends away with friends, every time I do not want to leave. I love the how cozy and clean the cabin is, great to settle in after a day on the mountain relaxing by the fireplace or in the hot tub. The ski in/ski out is amazing and not a far walk from the village. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone!

Summary: This is the best cabin I've ever stayed in. Its warm and cozy, which is great when you get home from skiing with the big fireplace and hot tub. You are so close to the ski lifts you don't need to drive to the lifts as it's at the end of the street. I've stayed here multiple times and can't wait to go back up there this year. It sleeps a lot of people so you can have a bunch of family or friends up there.

Summary: I've stayed here on multiple occasions, and I have always had a great experience. This place is a beautiful, well taken care of, spacious chalet. It's the perfect place for family to gather around, with a nice wood burning fireplace, cozy decor, and a hot tub to warm you up. There's plenty of space for you and your family, as well as all of your mountain gear. It's in the perfect location, a ski-in/ski-out property with the village in walking distance, so once you've parked, there's no need to use your vehicle again. I highly recommend this place.

Summary: When our family first arrived to the chalet I don't think any of us dreamed of how picturesque this place was. The stunning views, just minutes from the slopes that you could ski-in and ski-out from. The pictures are just a glimpse of how wonderful this place was. The hot tub and amazing fireplace are definitely wonderful things to come back to after a long day of snowboarding. Now that I've stayed here I don't think I could stay anywhere else :)
