Positive: This was a great location and the house is very large with a ton of space!! It was clean and in a very safe neighborhood. So many bedrooms and bathrooms. Great to have laundry in the house. Very responsive hosts.
Negative: The only complaint is the beds and the pillows. The mattresses are very thin and the pillows are the same. The beds were not comfortable at all. Even if the host just gets all new pillows and just upgrades the main bedroom mattress.
Summary: Tons of space for everyone!!!

Positive: The house was amazing. Lots of space, very clean and comfortable. Good location and excellent value. Would 100% stay there again. The layout of the house is wonderful and we enjoyed having so many bathrooms! The neighborhood is peaceful. Lots of amenities close by. Would recommend to anyone that this is a great accommodation in Calgary.
Negative: The communication about check in and check out wasn't efficient. We arrived after specified time of 4pm and had to call from the driveway to get the entry code, despite having emailed earlier that day explaining that we hadn't received anything yet. Also, guidelines on what was expected for checking out came through email after the specified check out time... fortunately having stayed in many other properties previously we just kind of went with what we've done before.
Summary: Wonderful home in Calgary for a large family or group.

Negative: Few little things, no Heavy blankets for the beds, very light comforters, cooler nights made uncomfortable. For the amount of beds and size of the beds there was not a lot of Pillows. No bedding for the pull out coach (didn't see a pull out bed) The extra sheets in the closet are not considered blankets Kitchen---one pot had no handle, can opener broken, had to purchase a new one, not the fact it was broken it was the fact of driving 10 min each way to get a new one, only one TV, no bedding for the pull out coach (didn't see a pull out bed) BBQ was charcoal, should advertise it is charcoal and honestly does not work well, Small things. For the amount of money spent per night these are the little things that can be improved for the next rental.

Positive: This is definitely a space for large groups. Everyone in my party had their own bed and the ability to find a quiet space to relax as needed. Clean and lots of space for cooking.
Negative: Before our stay, we were not made aware that the Owners were doing construction in the basement. We could hear loud hammering and music throughout our first day. This was rectified on the second day we were there and no further issues. But would have been nice to know beforehand. There were no tea towels for kitchen clean up and the beds were extremely firm.

Negative: The lack of actual blinds in the master bedroom was the only issue. They had probably been removed due to damage and Stick on temporary ones in place that didn't quite cover the window. Other than that the place was great!
