Our 2 bedroom penthouse is furnished to a high standard, has 3 terraces and a large private rooftop solarium, perfect for benefiting from the all year round sun. The apartment is ideal for families and golfers, overlooking the communal pool and landscaped gardens on one side, and views of the golf course and the Mar Menor on the other. The resort has 24 hour security, secure underground parking and is only 5 mins drive away from the long sandy beaches of the Mar Menor. The bars, restaurants and shops of Los Alcazares are only 2 mins away by car. For on site entertainment there is a charming golf clubhouse and restaurant, only 5 mins walk away. We now provide two bikes, tennis rackets and balls plus an assortment of other beach games. Full Wireless internet.

Summary: The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had everything needed for a home from home. The complex was very well looked after and within it the apartment was in a good location, not far from the entrance. When we arrived we were left a bottle of water and milk which was very helpful. The apartment looks on to the pool and has a few terraces which had sun and shade at different times of the day.

Summary: We had a lovely time staying at this property. The apartment was very clean and spacious... having 2 showers and 2 toilets was a real plus. Master bedroom is a good size and 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds was big enough for our 15 and 19 year olds. Beds were comfortable. What makes this property though is the terraces. There is a large terrace at back of property off the 2nd bedroom, a small terrace off the master bedroom, a large terrace off the living room with table, chairs & parasol that overlooks the pool, plus a massive roof terrace accessed by stairs from the living room terrace. The roof terrace has 4 comfortable sun loungers and great views. Air con in the property was also very effective. Pool area is lovely... we used the pool every day and it was never busy. Location is also good... 5 minute walk to the club house or into Roda... would recommend Campbells Irish bar in Roda for drinks. The square / strip at Los Alcazares is 2km away, which is 20 minute walk or you can get a taxi for 6 euros from the rank outside the main gate of the resort and one back from the rank near the square. Note: On Saturday nights the taxi rank at the square can get quite busy. The owner was very helpful and responsive throughout. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Summary: A very enjoyable and stress free stay, central location and on a very good golf resort. 5 mins walk to good food and drink and a 5 min drive to the sea front. Everything you would need as a base and a bit more, highly recommended.
