Negative: noisy neighbors, swimming in the pool at night and shouting. There are no umbrellas near the pool

Positive: This Deluxe Suite with large balcony and Sea View did not disappoint! The level of luxury and tasteful decor was indeed exceptional with a 70" tv screen in a mood back-lit media wall, large comfy L- shape sofa and well equipped kitchen area with dish washer and dining table. The bathroom even has a washing machine! The balcony can be accessed from both the living room and bedroom, and overlooks a communal pool, features a nice sitting area and lovely hanging seat, and the sunset views from here are absolutely stunning. Not much in the immediate walking vicinity but good location to access nearby Sarande, Blue Eye, Girokaster, and Ksamil by car. This apartment is on a par if not better than an apartment we stayed in at Jumeirah Palm, Dubai!

Negative: Only critique was as the apartment block is so new, some of the rooms are still being completed, and building work from the adjacent room was noisy at times. Some teething problems with wifi which the host, Sebastian, was always on hand to resolve.
