Positive: Nicely upgraded and remodeled home on a beautiful private property. We enjoyed the indoors and the outdoors. The pool was a blast, evenings with the breeze in the pool or fireside were relaxing. The accommodations were great, super comfy beds.. we loved it all! Highly recommend!

Summary: We enjoyed everything! The beaufully upgraded home and the resort like yard. Thanks!

Positive: The outdoor yard and pool. Love that the sliders opened up to bringing the outside in.

Negative: No lights in the kitchen other than under the cabinets. Made it difficult to see. Didn’t like the only TV that worked was in the casitas. Nothing in the main house. Each bedroom should have a tv.

Summary: Ver nice house and the host communicated right away.

Positive: Had a fantastic day with our family. It was a nice reprieve from our busy schedules. The pool was lovely. And the yard is nice and private. The owners are very responsive and responded to messages instantly.

Negative: No complaints at all. Only note is that it’s not exactly walking distance to downtown Palm Springs but is a short drive.

Summary: Fantastic place for family and friends to gather.

Positive: This property was amazing in every way. The space and setup was perfect for our family. We especially appreciated the multiple spaces to enjoy: the main house which opened beautifully to the outdoor space, the ample outdoor seating with private spaces to hang out and enjoy off each bedroom, the casita with its own large comfortable space to hang out. The pool was great and the lot felt private and the neighborhood felt safe. Inside, the house had a great kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and comfortable beds and linens. It was clean, well-stocked and had everything we could need.

Negative: Loved everything. Distance/drive to downtown was further than other rentals where we could walk to coffee, etc. and could be a turn-off to some guests, but for us it took no longer than 5-10min drive and the property more than made up for it.

Summary: Favorite property so far after years of renting annually in the area!
