Summary: This was truly a a lovely place to stay, however, the listing did not indicate that there were upstairs units and downstairs units. Therefore, when my husband and I arrived, we were quite surprised that we were going to have to navigate a steep and narrow set of stairs to get to the upstairs apartment. We are 74 and 78. It was not safe for us. I suggest you make it clear in your description and designate which units are upstairs so those of us who can’t maneuver steep stairs will know not to choose an upstairs unit. I truly loved the place it was so well decorated! Would rent again but in a downstairs unit!

Summary: This was at least our 3rd stay this year. My daughter graduated from EKU and we have been staying here the past 3.5 years when we visit. Clean, easy check in, spacious, and comfortable. Andrew let me know I left my coat behind, and got it back to me. Thanks so much!!!

Summary: 4 identical layout units, 2 up - 2 Down. Superbly decorated with real furniture, no IKEA stuff. Live plants throughout are a nice touch. If I had a student at ECU and came on the regular, this would be my go-to, no question. Stayed 4 nights, walked downtown for dinner and drinks every night. We will be back.

Summary: This property was so beautiful and yet so comfy! It had everything we needed for our stay, and was very clean and very quiet. Our dog was able to burn off some energy running up and down the hall! Also, the back outdoor space was beautifully maintained and landscaped. We felt like we were at a resort. We’d love to stay here again.
