Summary: We couldn't have chosen a better or more comfortable home for our family trip to Puerto Escondido. The house itself was so clean and comfortable, though we spent the majority of our time around the pool (with its incredible view).The location was a perfect walking distance to the main strip with all of the restaurants and shops, as well as conveniently close to the beach. Super quiet, but also safe.Alex was beyond helpful with check-in and troubleshooting any questions. Would absolutely book again!

Summary: Great house for a stay in Puerto Escondido. It's large and spacious and close to restaurants. The pool is amazing and has a great view. There is no access to the beach from the backyard but there are beaches a short drive away. The house is close to a popular viewing spot down the street where people come to watch sunsets. Overall, it was a great place and would recommend.

Summary: For the most part this house is awesome! and I would definitely come again. The location is perfect. We initially elected to not have a car but by the 2nd day we returned to the airport (only 5 minutes away) to rent one. My friends and I like to see as much as we can while visiting a new location. A car is not necessary because you can walk to a couple of great beaches and restaurants. Groceries, however, were not walking distance. The house was clean and has some beautiful touches throughout. The home is a bit older and the kitchen has not been updated, so a little funky, but clean and worked for us. Also, the layout is a bit unusual. There are only 2 bedrooms on the main floor and then a separate building houses the several other individual rooms with their own bathrooms. Oh, and upstairs from the main house, is a very large communal room with multiple beds, which we did not use at all. The pool was fantastic!! My only real issue was that I do not remember reading about the workers being there throughout the day. I walked out of my room the first morning to find a couple of women in the kitchen, cleaning and making coffee. It would have been nice if this was made abundantly clear prior to booking. Maybe I missed it, but this was a very new experience for me and would probably prefer to not have strangers in the kitchen first thing in the morning. That said, we adapted to it and it was obviously lovely to wake up to coffee and pan dulce.

Summary: Large villa with plenty of rooms and beds to sleep guests. Beds and rooms are comfortable with nice AC. Pool was great and a nice amenity to have. Great views as well and can hear the ocean from the home as well. Walkable distance to beaches and to the Rinconada area which has some markets and nice places to eat. Staff was very kind and helpful, prepared a very nice dinner of us one night. Property manager was helpful in putting us in contact with fishing charters etc.

Summary: We had a group of 14 plenty of room. Every was great had no issues. The maids are amazing and so helpful. They even made fresh guacamole and salsa and chips a couple of times!! We could get the clothes washed as needed by them. The location was great about 2 3 blocks to main road to get taxi or the maids would also call for us. Able to easily walk to 3 different beaches. We did rent ATV to run to store or small trips to town. House was clean and comfortable. We are already planning our next trip back to the house. Pool was amazing. Walk to the rock cliff in front of house has a beautiful view of the sunset don’t miss it!
