Summary: The house was very spacious and offered a lot of privacy. It was beautifully landscaped. The kitchens were well-equipped. The layout of the home and grounds are excellent. There were a few things that would have improved our experience. The pool was not heated upon arrival due to a storm. The house was poorly cleaned. Surfaces were dirty. Linens had stains. The closets were quite small and many of the doors were very difficult to open. Overall, there were many aspects of the house that required maintenance. The most frustrating issue was not being able to access the Wi-Fi. I messaged back and forth about the pw not working and I was sent the same response about the pw (which did not fix the issue). I finally messaged the hospitality phone number listed inside the house and no one responded. For the price paid, I would have expected better conditions with the maintenance. Overall, I would consider staying here again only if the maintenance issues were resolved.
