Summary: My stay at Vahid’s house was simply amazing. The pictures do NOT do the house justice. The pool, views and location are even better in person. There is a ton of privacy too. Feels like you are on an exclusive resort!!!!

Summary: I recently hosted a birthday gathering at this stunning Vrbo property, and it was absolutely incredible! The property is incredibly spacious with 4 rooms, an office, 2 main lounging areas (downstairs and upstairs), a large kitchen featuring 2 dining tables and a bar – it's perfect for hosting events. There's ample seating and parking space, making it ideal for accommodating guests. The highlight of this property has to be the infinity pool, which is not only beautiful but also boasts a hot tub on top. The Sonos sound system is a game-changer; you can effortlessly play and control music in every room, and even outdoors, all through Spotify, using the provided iPad! Cleanliness was top-notch, and the bathrooms were stunning. I can't wait to book this property again for future gatherings with friends. It truly exceeded all our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and spacious getaway!

Summary: The locations was absolutely fascinating and beautiful. The pool was well managed and the location itself was well-cleaned. We did find some ants and some glass, but that is natural of a place with huge garden and the previous guest staying (my group was booked back to back so there was little time between). Owner was extremely gracious to let us check in a bit early, and was very communicative. Overall, a great location and would love to come back.

Summary: Property is obviously amazing. Great views, lots of space, nice furniture, cool pool/hot tub. Issues: 1. Ants everywhere (including beds). Most of our guests had to deal with any and bug bites during + post stay. There were ants on the floors, inside and out as well. 2. Most showers had issues. Some had only burning hot water while others only icing cold. Few worked normally. 3. Toilet seats (regardless of how expensive or top-of-the-line they were) did not function at all. 4. Fridge did not cool at all on our first day. Took 24 hours for the fridge to function properly. Reached out to the host and his response was to share a YouTube video explaining how to reset the filter, which doesn’t make sense because for the price we paid, a functional fridge is the least one should expect. 5. AC needs 24 hours to cool. It was as hot inside as it was outside when we arrived. Turned the AC on right when we got there but it didn’t do any good. Only got cool at night when it wasn’t as hot outside. Host response to this was “it’s a big house so it’ll take time for it to cool down.” To which an appropriate counter measure would’ve been to let his cleaners know to turn on the AC after every clean so the next guest has a cool place to come to. 7. This property should not be on VRBO because we hosted our wedding here and cops came twice at 9/10pm on a weekend… The location doesn’t support STR’s. Neighbors irritated. Overall, good place, new host, bad experience. 3/5.
