Summary: It’s an aging nice hotel. There are robes and room service but everything feels a bit dated. Not by a lot but just enough to take it from a great hotel to a fine one. Also, the AC isn’t that great so if you run on the warm side bring a fan.

Summary: This hotel's infrastructure was nice a decade or so ago. There are small things today that rub the wrong way. Though there are acres of outdoor parking in a neighborhood with lots of street parking, they charge you $20 for the privilege to park on the premises. If we had known in advance, we might have stayed somewhere else simply because we thought the price was competitive. The in-room coffee machine didn't work. The thermostate wouldn't change from a really cold setting so we had to turn it off. The dining room is open to the main hallway and there was a crowd of kids in line to take the PSAT test passing next to the tables so it felt like we were dining in a bus terminal. Definitely a decline since my first stay here.

Summary: Check in was difficult as only 2 employees were helping one customer leading to a long line for the rest of us checking in. The employee was nice but took a long time actually completing the check in even though there was little to no information needed from me. The employee told and wrote down the wrong number of the room leading us to walk the entire property only to arrive at a room we couldn’t enter after trying the door multiple times and having to walk back to the front desk and were told our correct room was right in the front. The room signage and arrows were confusing and not helpful as some rooms are outside but the arrows say they are inside. The elevator was slow and hot. Once we actually got to our room it was clean and comfy but the AC didn’t work. It said it went down to 60 degrees but only actually got down to 75. And kept turning off so the room was stuffy and we had to keep opening the door to the hallway for airflow.

Summary: Very comfy and cool hotel. Beautiful architecture. restaurant and bar is open late into the night. Really cool pool hot tub area. Super friendly and classy staff. 10/10 would stay here again!

Summary: The beds were very comfortable, our room had a beautiful view of the pool, the room had a fridge but no microwave, but the hotel does have a microwave in the lobby. The night staff and morning staff were very polite, helpful, and nice. The room does need some TLC, but it was very comfortable to have a restful night.
