Summary: Great modern house in a great location. Just a block and a half from the ocean, park and a short walk to Old Port. Make sure you're comfortable with stairs, 3 flights to get to the top floor where kitchen and living room are located.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying in the Munjoy neighborhood, and would choose this house and location again. Chock full of lovely local restaurants, businesses and coffee places, right near the beautiful Eastern Promenade and easy walking distance to downtown, we had a fantastic stay.
