Our beautiful 2nd floor apartment is nicknamed ‘The Haven’ because it’s a perfect retreat. After a day of exploring, return to this quiet, cozy authentically ‘Portland’ apartment just a short walk from all of the city’s most desirable destinations.
The apartment has the charm of an old Maine cabin with all the modern conveniences. You’ll find sliding barn doors and bead board and a clawfoot tub and butcher block counter, along with a smart TV and Bluetooth speakers. Plenty of fluffy cotton towels and all the basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, razors, tampons, first aid kit) stock the bathroom. Summary: Nikoline's home was a great home base for a fun weekend exploring downtown Portland. Super clean, well-furnished and in a great location just a short walk away from lots of cool restaurants and bars in Old Port.Nikoline was very friendly and responsive. Looking forward to going back and staying again for another Portland adventure.

Summary: Started with a simple checkin following a long and late flight. Place was clean with plenty of towels and comfortable beds. We walked everywhere except the train station. Loved the location.

Summary: Nice quiet two bedroom apartment. Great location, easy access to all the hotspots. Only complaint would be the barn doors, especially for the bathroom. Limited privacy when sharing with two couples, but it was doable. Overall very nice.

Summary: Portland is very expensive and the pricetag for this unit was one of the attractions. It worked reasonably well for our brief stay, but the house is very old and stairs quite steep. Not idea for individuals whose mobility is not at peak levels. The location is good, but also presented a bit of a challenge for my husband and me - steep hills. Furnishings could use a refresh. Communications with property manager were excellent. Really appreciated the flexibility on check-in time.

Summary: I planned a 30th birthday surprise trip to Portland for my partner with his best friend and his fiancée. The four of us had a wonderful time staying at Kathy’s apartment - it is a perfect location on a quiet, cute neighborhood block, easy walking to the East end promenade and into the city, and we thoroughly enjoyed hanging out together and playing board games in the communal spaces. Great aesthetic and ambiance, too! I would definitely stay here again!
