Summary: We needed a house with 10+ bedrooms for a retreat, and this fit the bill. While clearly set up as a wedding venue (the reception venue looked quite nice through the big windows), it met our simple needs (beds, baths, common area). Nothing high end, but all acceptable.

Summary: Part of why we choose this over many other places was because of the amount of bedrooms. There is one king. The rest are doubles. It showed in the listed a room to gather, pool table card table, couches. There is no pool table or room to gather a large group. You have a dinning room and another room with a card table and a couch. One TV. Perspective. Grand Estate. Things are randomly placed in cabinets. Can’t fry, too dark to see anything on back porch without turning on kitchen lights. I tripped on the stairs. We had to get cornhole, cards and games. And the worst thing was people were walking around and would look in the front door. You could here them talking in a room attached to the house. Scared us because we didn’t know they were there 3 different sets of people! We rent Vrbos at least 1 time a year to get family in one place.. by far in 7 years. The biggest disappointment. We had to go to a couple of the other vrbos to play pool and games. There was an ice storm. And the other Vrbo laid out said and removed the ice. Ours was a rink. Guess we could have done that. But on a good note.. the house was 52 the first day and my son, fixed their furnish. And it finally got up to the desired temperature. And the owner communicated quickly that they would bring the remote over to the only tv… 2 days later and brought 2 bottles of wine.

Summary: This was such a great experience for us, our friends, and family. The house is huge and everyone was blown away by how incredible it was. Staying here before and after our wedding was a great idea! We will be back!!

Summary: Perfect place for our large family. A few of the rooms upstairs were a bit warm but cooled down at night. There were ants in the kitchen but that’s not really abnormal for Texas during the end of summer. Overall great stay and beautiful home!

Summary: House was very nice. However not a vacation property. No closets, no hanging rods. There were a few wall hangers but if your staying more than one night, which your required to stay at least two., you can’t hang up all your clothes. Also, 9 rooms with just three bathrooms. Of course, we didn’t need that many rooms but only one bath tub. And when we arrived we were told the bathtub didn’t work. This place was not meant to be a vacation rental but a wedding venue. The owner ought to stay a few nights to see how dis functional it is. Pretty place but I would not do it again.

Summary: We celebrated my daughters 1st birthday here. Everything was absolutely beautiful. The owners were very attentive and very accomodating. Unfortunately, my party didnt follow all the rules of our stay and although we enjoyed our stay it still put a damper on things.

Summary: Our team rented this house for a weekend leader ship retreat. It was perfect! Lots of bedrooms, plenty of space, full kitchen, beautiful living room area, and an amazing property. Cindy was very easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay again
