Positive: Great location and beautiful house .

Negative: The house could have been cleaner . The cleaning staff missed one of the bathrooms, and the pool area could have been cleaner . None of the bathrooms had wash cloths . The house had both palmetto bugs and there were small cock roaches that came out in the kitchen area late at night .

Positive: Nice house. Good location for folks who like to hang out around the house, cook, but not necessarily use the pool.

Negative: Location (no private beach access/area and I asked about it several times because it is listed in the description but got no response), pool (murky then started turning green throughout the week) was only able to use one day out of the week, no decent shopping or dining close by had to drive everywhere we needed to go, air conditioning was controlled based on locked in settings especially during the day, upstairs washer broken, downstairs washer would not fill with water if the showers were running, downstairs TV does not have streaming capability.

Positive: Beautiful property that made the trip memorable for the kids. They loved staying in “a mansion” haha.

Negative: Wasn’t as close as we expected to the beaches we wanted to go to but that’s on us, didn’t anticipate as much traffic as there was.

Positive: The pictures do not do this location justice, it is HUGE. Like the ceilings are literally at least 12-16ft high when you first walk in. House so big it echoes. If you want to be close to downtown Tampa this is the spot. The riverwalk way was about 15mins, museums, the zoo, an amusement park; etc it’s all 10-30mins away. Two blocks down the street is literally the ocean. My family had a great time so it was worth the money even though it was expensive.

Negative: Nothing, besides insects. ain’t nothing you can do about that. it’s Florida, I get it.
