Summary: Beautiful backyard!!! Not pool season but very nice pool and grass. Great place for morning coffee (owners have nice large coffee pot)! Beds were comfortable and Futon is extra wide. Ping pong table nice to keep kids, ok adults too, entertained. Quiet neighborhood and close to groceries and Walmart. Great communication from owners! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summary: First time to Yuma for a muligeneration trip. The place looked exactly like the photos, it was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the grandpa as well as the teenager.

Summary: Our family rented this to use while we did some day riding at the dunes. It was perfect for our needs, the beds were comfortable, the house was very clean. The communication with the owner went well, they were always quick to respond prior to check in. The check in process went flawlessly. The neighborhood was quiet and in a good location close to stores, etc. I would definitely recommend this house. Its a beautifil home and priced really well.
