Positive: Beautifully presented room. Very easy location, as a short taxi journey from Brixton O2. Price comparable to Premier inn etc. but it’s a nicer room.

Negative: You’re in a home so perhaps not right if you’re after complete privacy. That being said, we did not see anyone or feel like we were in a home.

Positive: Clear instructions for check in and check out. Friendly host. Nice room and comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Very clean. Restaurants, bars and supermarket nearby. Nice neighbourhood with a local vibe. Maybe a bit further from the main areas, but still very easily accessible by underground (Victoria and Northern lines) and also the bus.

Negative: As other guests have mentioned, it can be a bit noisy. One morning we even woke up around 5AM (because of cleaning maybe?). As the accommodation is advertised “with quiet private patio” this was not what we expected. We assumed the room to be quiet as well ;)

Positive: The room was lovely, clean, comfy and cosy. The bathroom was clean and very new.

Negative: The room was lovely but I prefer a little less decorator items so as to leave more room for luggage etc. The bathroom was new and lovely but as others have mentioned there was no counter space around the basin to rest toiletries.

Summary: Would recommend. Was a comfy and sufficient for our one night stay.

Positive: It was very easy to do the check-in even at late hours and also very kind to leave the luggage after the check-out. It's a very clean and nice place to stay, close to the public transport and very well located to discover both Clapham neighbourhood as well as the whole city of London. I recommend it!

Negative: There's no option to have breakfast, but then you go to nice bakerys and coffee places and it's nice too...
