Summary: This is our second time at this property and it delivered with scenery comfort. The pool was a little dirty I was able to quickly get in touch with the owner and it was quickly taken care of. Overall we stay again.

Summary: Property was very clean and well kept. The pool area was very unique would be great for people with kids. The pool is heated but doesn’t get very warm but that’s intended to reduce the steam in the room per the owner. The owner is very nice and responded quickly to any issues or questions I had. We would def stay again!

Summary: Location is excellent. Everything is a short drive away. We had groceries delivered from Walmart upon our arrival, so convenient! The children, of course, loved the pool and hot tub. No complaints.

Summary: My kiddos wanted to try something different than the beach this year and we are very happy we chose to stay at Brother Bear cabin. My kids took every opportunity they could to swim and hot tub. It was great to come back and relax after a busy day and to have our own space. Everything was as we expected it to be!!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay in Brother Bear Cabin! The cabin was absolutely beautiful, so clean and well decorated. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The owner was so kind and so quick to respond to any questions we had. We will most definitely stay here again! Cannot say enough good things about it!

Summary: Celebrated 50th bday. Property is exactly as listed. Very clean, great location not far from town. Even tho it’s in a community with other cabins it was very private. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: We'd booked this due to the listing indicating an indoor heated pool, perfect for our child's first experience with a pool. We were very disappointed to find that the pool water wasn't heated and was quite cold. It was even too cold for myself as an adult. As a result we were unable to use the pool, one of our main reasons for booking.The host and listing were upfront about other issues with the pool and property.We did do some cooking while there and made it work, but the kitchen has only minimal utensils and pots/pans. If you plan on cooking you may want to bring your own cooking supplies to be sure you have what you want or be prepared to buy them at one of the nearby stores.The host was responsive to messages before and during our stay. They may have resolved or attempted to resolve the pool issue if we'd messaged them. However, we were there for a short stay and over a holiday so we didn't attempt to do so as there was a very small chance it'd be fixed before we left.The cabin was nice and clean. It was convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The fireplace was a nice feature. We greatly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Check in and out were easy. There is definitely only room for 2 cars at most.

Summary: We had a great time , we saw a bear wondering around while we were in the hot tub. I wanted to get in the pool but the water was too cold for me to get in , that was the only thing we had to complain about. Everything was very clean and the cabin was beautiful.

Summary: The cabin, amenities and views were absolutely amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better trip and the host was very nice and accommodating. The only thing we didn't like was having to leave we lived it so much.
