Summary: We'd booked this due to the listing indicating an indoor heated pool, perfect for our child's first experience with a pool. We were very disappointed to find that the pool water wasn't heated and was quite cold. It was even too cold for myself as an adult. As a result we were unable to use the pool, one of our main reasons for booking.The host and listing were upfront about other issues with the pool and property.We did do some cooking while there and made it work, but the kitchen has only minimal utensils and pots/pans. If you plan on cooking you may want to bring your own cooking supplies to be sure you have what you want or be prepared to buy them at one of the nearby stores.The host was responsive to messages before and during our stay. They may have resolved or attempted to resolve the pool issue if we'd messaged them. However, we were there for a short stay and over a holiday so we didn't attempt to do so as there was a very small chance it'd be fixed before we left.The cabin was nice and clean. It was convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The fireplace was a nice feature. We greatly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Check in and out were easy. There is definitely only room for 2 cars at most.

Summary: We had a great time , we saw a bear wondering around while we were in the hot tub. I wanted to get in the pool but the water was too cold for me to get in , that was the only thing we had to complain about. Everything was very clean and the cabin was beautiful.

Summary: The cabin, amenities and views were absolutely amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better trip and the host was very nice and accommodating. The only thing we didn't like was having to leave we lived it so much.

Summary: We had a great stay at the cabin. The pool and hot tub were great and loved coming back after a busy day to relax. We came in October so an indoor pool was a must. Check in and instructions from host were easy and we had no trouble arise while there. The cabin was a quick drive to Gatlinburg which made it convenient. The cabin itself is in a little cabin neighborhood on top of a hill. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the kitchen and the keurig maker too.

Summary: Lovely clean cabin, made us feel just like home. My kids enjoyed the pool and I definitely enjoyed the hot tub. The cabin was equipped with all essentials from dishes, pots, towels, and even smart tvs. Lots to do at a short driving distance, specially in downtown area. If youre looking for a day of adventure, I highly recommend Annekesta, Ripleys Aquarium and their add ons. As far as food, I highly recommend Mamas Chicken Kitchen and Flapjack.
