Positive: Beautifully remodeled home with very high end finishes: granite countertops, outdoor kitchen, large pool. The open living area is very spacious.

Negative: The furnishings were a bit sparse. The home accommodates 6-8; but, the dining table has 5 chairs, the counter has 4 stools and the den has one sofa and one large chair. There’s not an indoor gathering space for everyone to play a game, share a meal, or watch a movie in the same room. Also, the bedrooms could use some luggage racks. The bedroom with the full and Murphy beds only has a small 9”x 12” nightstand, which barely provides enough surface to hold a charging cellphone in addition to the lamp. A few different furniture choices could make a nice stay into a fabulous one where the furnishings match the upscale remodel.

Positive: This house was absolutely gorgeous. It really is a luxury home, finished to a level not usually seen in a vacation rental. It was spotlessly clean and we really appreciated the welcome pack.

Negative: I couldn’t fault this property in any way. Honestly, this is the nicest vacation rental I have seen
