Summary: This home has a great kitchen, dining table for 8, family room area and 1/2 bathroom downstairs and 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms upstairs. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable and were great for our extended family. The location is safely set off from Park Avenue on one side and backs up to an athletic field and playground on the other side. It is a 5-10 minute walk to PCMR. Great showers (plenty of hot water) and a great hot tub. The home owner was responsive and responded promptly to our minor questions. All good!

Summary: We loved everything about this rental, especially the warm responsiveness of Cheryl. It was clean, spacious, well-located and equipped, and fun! We walked to PCMR every day and the beautiful uptown is not far at all.Be warned that it’s tough to fit anything larger than a midsized car into the garage, but it was a good place to store our ski gear etc.Thanks Cheryl!
