Positive: The apartment itself is new and great. It was the perfect amount of space for a couple, and it was nice to have a washer and dryer available to us. The balcony area for this apartment is private and apart from the communal balcony area for residents of any other apartments in the building and you get a really nice view of downtown Boston. The location is maybe the best thing. For people with a manageable amount of luggage for two people, the location is perfect for easily getting to from Logan Airport. You just take the free airport shuttles to the Airport T station, take a 2-minute walk across a well-maintained and beautiful park, and - BOOM - you are right at the building! It was super convenient for taking the T into downtown and areas beyond. I'd definitely stay here again when visiting Boston.

Negative: The instructions for finding the lock box once you get into the building are a little confusing. If you get into the building - DO NOT GO UP TO THE APARTMENT without first finding the garage, lockbox, and getting the door fob for the apartment door. The other residents really have no idea about this rental apartment... they were super-nice, but had no idea how to help us find the garage or lockboxes with the fob.

Summary: Extremely nice space, great private balcony, and SUPER convenient to a Boston T subway station

Positive: Clean and stocked with necessities. Close to public transport, 5 minute walk to Blue Line. Easy access to airport, shuttle from airport to Blue Line airport station. Grocery store, 15 minute walk. Safe neighborhood and build access is limited to residents only. Park across the street is very nice, we took evening walks. Plenty of towels and wash clothes ( missing black makeup cloth). Washer and dryer is a real plus, able to pack lighter.

Negative: No blackout shades on bedroom windows is the biggest complaint . Had problem with AC, but building maintenance address the problem quickly as possible. So, only minor inconvenience.

Summary: I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Location, next to metro station - the place is well equipped

Negative: Lots of little things miss the mark. I was advised I couldn’t do many things while staying in this building (access to the building gym, rooftop, entry code for deliveries, etc). A shame since all amenities are right there, and not being able to get deliveries safely due to lack of entry code for that purpose is non-sense while every other person who lives here can do it - I was also advised early check-in was not possible because their high cleaning standards needed me to wait for the room to be ready. Still, when I arrived, some things were dirty (like dirty dishes or dental floss from another guest in my bedroom). No blackout curtain, so you get lots of light in the morning, direct in your face. Overall, not a bad place, but I felt little willingness to make it a positive experience. Looks good on paper, but doesn't feel welcoming.
