The property is designed as a large spacious 4 bedroomed Villa. The villa has 2 bedrooms, double with its own balcony & a twin, both with on-suites on the first floor & a lounge leading out onto expansive sun terrace, with a hot tub, overlooking the valley with stunning views across the valley to the sea. On the ground floor there are 2 further twin bedrooms with shared bathroom and spacious dinning/kitchen. Insect screens are fiitted to the bedroom windows. There are both internal & external stairs to the first floor. For winter weeks the house is heated with a wood burner in the first floor lounge.
The main sun terrace is paved in the classic local Bosa stone and offers an extensive area for sun bathing and relaxing with the separate lower spa terrace and BBQ with good range of furniture.
Last summer an outside cooking/bar was added to the BBQ area, which has 4 burner gas hob, single drainer sink and fridge with a large tiled top for outside eating and drinking.
Outside there are two spa pools cool or warm as you desire to chill in the sunshine or relax in the evening looking out over the magnificent views across the valley to the sea. Watch the Sardinian sunset from your warm spa tub with a glass of local wine, is a truly memorable experience

Summary: We were two couples who rented this lovely home for a week in October. It is located just about 15 minutes from Bosa so it was centrally located for us to travel to most of the west and central areas of Sardinia. This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We were especially happy that the bedrooms had screens in the windows so that we could keep the windows open all night. The outdoor area makes this house shine. There is a full outdoor kitchen, large dining table and other furniture. The second floor has another large patio. There are two hot tubs but we didn't use them. This lovely home is surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees and breathtaking scenery. We had a problem with the water at first but it was corrected right away. We highly recommend this home to anyone planning to come to Sardinia and wanting to stay on the west coast.

Summary: Our stay at Steve’s villa was perfect. The pictures do not do justice to the great view on the olive garden valley and sea view in front of the villa. Communications were perfect, the house is in top condition.

Summary: The view is amazing, we enjoyed family dinners with the sunset. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house is big and nice to walk around. Very pleasant stay.

Summary: What a beautiful house and surrounding. Big property, the children loved the yacuzi, there is a useful kitchen. (a dishwasher would be great for 2 families) The Terraces are great place to stay. The Barbecue outside was also great. Inside it is tasteful decorated. The owner of the property is very helpful. We arrived on easter-sunday with no possibility to buy something, and for the first breakfast we had everything in the fridge. Thank you for that great service. We will come again definetly. Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our staty at Villa Olivetto, the location being so peaceful and relaxing. The accommodation was very well appointed with everything we needed. We enjoyed driving to other parts of the island and took a train journey to Cagliari (a bargin fare at approx., £18 return!) at the southern part of the island. Well worth a visit is the old part of the town and the wonderful views from there. Bosa castle is well worth a visit for the views and to see the tops of the houses below, a very interesting perspective! Overall a lovely stay in Sardinia. The owners very helpful and prompt replies to enquiries etc.

Summary: Outstanding holiday! Villa Olivetto was exactly as advertised, beautiful home in a great location. The customer service was great via direct contact and through the use of the helpful guide provided at the Villa. The extra effort of the property managers gave the holiday a special touch. Their knowledge of the local area and personalities gave us a catered feeling during our stay. Its location makes it an easy drive to most locations in Sardinia. We highly recommend a stay at the Villa and have recommended it to several friends. A nice relaxing location with a short drive to Bosa and beaches for all of your needs. A great location from which to enjoy all that Sardinia has to offer.

Summary: This really is a villa with spectacular views - Especially from the hot tub. The location is very quiet and peaceful, but you do need a car to get to the beach and the supermarket at Bosa (there's a great strip of sandy beach at Bosa Marina). The Villa is fully equiped and has a BBQ on the large terrace - perfect for an evening in ! There are a couple of good restaurants locally - one up in the town (10 mins walk) and the other a 5 minute drive (or 15- 20 min walk down the main road). The fish at Riccardo's Trattoria in the village was excellent & Angelino made a great host on the night we were at his restaurant. A car is essential for getting around, but if you want a villa wher you can sit on the balcony in rural peace and quiet at the end of the day this is a perfect place to do it!

Summary: Excellent modern, clean, spacious holiday villa with spectacular views. The hot and cold tubs are fantastic - better than a pool! Very quiet and peaceful location, yet only minutes from the beach and busy little tourist area of Bosa Marina with its long stretch of beach and many restaurants and bars. Also close to the delightful town of Bosa. And the old town of Alghero is a very pleasant 40 minute drive away. There are lots of restaurants. Our favourites being Riccardo's in the village of Magomadas (within walking distance) and Don Angelino's (a kilometre or so down the road). The fresh fish in Riccardo's is mouth-watering but my personal favourite was the pasta with prawns and courgettes. It looks pretty plain at first but is absolutely delicious. Also a must for dessert is the Seadas. It's a hot pecorino cheese pasty smothered in Riccardo's own honey. Sounds unusual but if you have a sweet tooth it's amazing. Don Angelino's is brilliant for the atmosphere and the geniality of the host. The pizza and fish are pretty good too. If you want to eat in Gigi's takeaway pizza place in Tresnuraghes (the next village - almost within walking distance) is highly recommended. A couple of things to note:- 1) A car is a must 2) Everything shuts at about 1:00pm and does not re-open until about 5:00pm (apart from the bigger supermarkets) so don't go into Bosa or Alghero expecting to look around the local shops at this time.
