Summary: Lovely villa. Really enjoyed our stay. We did have problems with the streaming on the tv. Especially when England were playing!!! Lots of room for all the family. Found the depth of the pool too deep for some of us.

Summary: We stayed at the villa for a week with our family. It was even better than the we expected. Lots of space for everyone so no one ever felt on top of eachother. Great pool and lovely lawn area. Couple of broken items in the villa but nothing that would stop us from rebooking. Wonderful stay overall! Can’t wait to come back :)

Summary: The villa is very well set up and lovely and spacious with great outdoor living with plenty of room for all , we had all age groups and it worked very well. The pool table was a real hit amongst us all especially the younger adults and a table tennis table would have been another huge benefit. Some of the outdoor furniture and cushions are very tired though and have seen better days. The only downside to the villa in our opinion is that the walk to the lovely town for all the restaurants , bars and shops is an unpleasant one , having to walk alongside the busy main carriageway. All in all a great way to chill and spend time with a large group of people .

Summary: We stayed at the property over half term. There were 10 of us in total including grandparents, parents and grandchildren. The property is huge and actually much bigger than we expected. Plenty of seating, plates, cutlery etc. Location great apart from the road noise (which we expected). Pool and hot tub temperatures perfect. We felt that the property was very tired in some areas. Paint chipping off walls, very dirty seat pads outside, leaking shower trays due to design and generally it just felt like it needed some TLC. The worst area was the first-floor balcony. An acro- prop is currently holding the balcony up. We were reassured that it was ok to use but it simply did not look safe. The floor boards are warped. As the week progressed we were met with a rather unpleasant odour outside. It was a gaseous/sulphur type smell and we figured it was coming from the garage area underneath the hot tub/pool. Non of the TVs worked properly. An annoying part when reviews from earlier in the year state the same thing. Selene (property manager) although helpful had a very odd manner and came across rude at times. I'm sure if all of these things were rectified we wouldn't hesitate in returning.

Summary: The property itself was very nice however at the time of year we were there, late September some of the decor, walls were marked by previous guests which is understandable and some kitchen unit doors had dropped due to some loose hinges. This could have been easily rectified with regular maintenance checks. The pool and hot tub were very nice as well. All in all we had a great holiday in a very nice villa.

Summary: Santa Ynez is excellent for a family group - loads of bedrooms, two separate common areas, a great (fenced in) pool and an easy location to get to Marbella or to Malaga Airport (30 mins). Yes, there is a little road noise, but its not intrusive. The property is really well equipped and the manager very responsive and helpful.

Summary: it was a lovely spacious house with a great location and the local beach within walking distance with the beach bar was a daily visit. there are no bathplugs at all so not baths available even though there are baths on the property. the main bedroom air conditioner leaked and the top bedroom aircon didn't work at all. we did not have any help regards our requests from the property managers? for boat hire and plugs and the blender did not work. so no cocktails could be made. small issues but overall a fab property.
