Welcome to Peck Prairie! A large, beautiful home located in a quiet, rural area with gorgeous mountain and lake views. Our property is an ideal location to gather for family reunions, "staycations," friend getaways, special events such as birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations, or work retreats. It is also the perfect base for enjoying Utah's famous skiing, thanks to its close proximity and easy access to the state's stunning ski resorts.
Enjoy a firepit, BBQ grill, Traeger, Blackstone, new hot tub, large in-ground heated pool, & many other amenities. Take a ride on nearby trails with brand-new GT mountain bikes or relax on the back deck & watch beautiful sunsets over the Great Salt Lake.
The spacious great room/dining/kitchen area is bright and large but feels cozy for your group.
The front room doubles as a relaxing space to watch TV or can be closed off as an additional bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized sofa sleeper.

Summary: The house is beautiful and had plenty of space to accommodate a large family gathering. There were lots of options for occupying time for kids, teens and adults throughout the house including a large pool for fun in the sun. The host was gracious and responded quickly for any questions.

Summary: We met with siblings, aunts,uncles, and friends of my departed mother. To celebrate her life. Our host was very kind and helpful. The property was magnificent. After the services. Many family members came over to the house to reminisce and gather. The facility was perfect for our gathering. As adults could talk and children swim. Karmen was very gracious. Thank you.

Summary: Was a perfect getaway for our family during Thanksgiving! Highly recommend it! Plenty of beds, fast internet, lots rooms to do things in (TVs, games, gatherings) Jacuzzi worked great. Overall, a successful location to escape to. 😁

Summary: Quit debating about it. Just rent it. It’s as awesome as it looks. I’ve rented many pool houses in Utah, and by far the setup here…bedrooms, entertainment, and comfort are BOOM. Just rent it. Quit reading reviews and just rent it.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this accommodation. Everything was spotless and clean, with all the amenities provided. The host was incredibly attentive, always available to assist with anything we needed. Every detail was thought of. We would highly recommend this place for large groups and families.

Summary: We stayed as a basketball team, several teenage girls and a few coaches. So much room we arrived in the house was so clean and welcoming. The girls had so much space, and so many things to do. The location was great. We were away from others, but close enough to get to a Walmart, Karman was excellent at communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
