Nestled on the heights of Théoule-Sur-Mer, this luxurious Duplex apartment is located in the prestigious area of Imperial Bay.
The apartment is composed of high-end furniture. The 2 bedrooms and the entire ground floor are air conditioned.
The two bedrooms are located upstairs with 4 very comfortable X-large beds and enchanting sea views. They each have their bathroom with WC. sheets and bath and beach towels supplied as an optional extra (see conditions with the owner)
2nd TV + Wii in bedroom 2.
All the living rooms have a magnificent view of the sea, the bay of Cannes and Antibes, the Lérins islands, Théoule bay and Esterel. You will take advantage of the terrace to eat there, a garden furniture and deckchairs to relax.

By a small staircase at the bottom of the garden, you will reach the very large swimming pool of 15m and the children's pool, located 50m below.
The swimming pools are open from May 1st to October 15th.
Children are welcomed with great pleasure.

Summary: This is our third time here and we can only say: it was great again! Outstanding sea view. Everything within easy walking distance. Spacious and clean. Very well equipped. Summary: Imperial Bay was really beautiful, well-equiped and glossed over the bay of Théoule sur Mer and Cannes. The view from the apartment and garden is simply stunning. The apartment is very spacious and very well-equipped. The beds are very comfortable, the house is quiet and the terrasse with its garden is spectacular

Summary: The unit is in a beautifully landscaped gated community set on a steep hill. The result is that you take an elevator down from street level to a ground level unit with a large private backyard overlooking the blue waters of the Mediterranean. The view is stunning. The apartment was very clean, very spacious with large luxurious bathrooms. Lastly it had fun coastal decoration that made the place homey and comfortable.

Summary: We enjoyed the stay a lot with very nice views, on the coastline on Cannes on the mountains…The photos are very well matching reality. The apartment is located in a gated quiet community , on the outerside…which is giving privacy…though a longer stroll to the swimming pool. The swimming pool is very big and quiet with superb view. The apartment is decorated with taste and the hosts are really generous and friendly!! The beach in Theoule itself is really adorable with clear azure water and some restaurants. Cannes is only 15 min., saint tropez and monaco are nearby! We really enjoyed our stay, and can advice the apartment for families, couples….so thank you again Alexandre for the welcoming stay!
