Summary: This house was perfect! The kitchen was well-stocked, there was an extra propane cylinder for the gas grill on the patio, the neighborhood was quiet & safe. There is off-street-in-a-locked-gate area for parking & we parked our second car at the curb in front of the house. No problems at all. A mini-mart 2 blocks away had everything we needed. Everyone loved the pool. There is no air-conditioning on the main floor, but we did not need it, with the front door left a jar and the sliding glass door to the patio open, a very refreshing breeze flowed through all day. There are pedestal fans on the main floor, and beautiful orchids & tropical plants all around the pool patio. The upstairs has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with air-conditioning in each bedroom. There is one downstairs bedroom with a bunkbed and a half-bath. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. TV & internet kept teens entertained when they weren’t in the pool. Washer & dryer & plenty of cleaning supplies were provided. Denis the owner quickly responded to all of our questions. Waze & Google Maps worked well, but when we arrived it was confusing as to which house was our rental! We all loved our stay & would highly recommend this property!
