This luxury property is a 3 minute walk to the Sundance Resort Ski Lift, The Owl Bar, and the fabulous Sundance restaurants, the Tree Room and Foundry Grill. You can also walk directly to the outdoor amphitheater for plays and Blue Bird Cafe series. You can hike directly on Mt. Timpanogos and up to Stewart Falls or take the Sundance Ski Lift up to hike the mountain. This cottage is the perfect getaway to enjoy the beauty of Sundance and Mt. Timpanogos and easy access to hiking, skiing, Stewart Falls, picnicking, water rafting/tubing on Provo River, flyfishing on Provo River and all things Sundance.
You will fall in love with our Sundance luxury cottage under the gaze of Mt Timpanogos. Our 1,000 square feet "Cottage at Sundance" is a luxurious cottage located in the Pines complex at The Sundance Resort. The Cottage is decorated with luxury western decor and modern amenities akin to an upscale hotel. Enjoy the Sundance Village including the ski-lifts, art classes, Spa, the Sundance General Store and the world-famous Sundance Owl Bar and Tree Room, without having to get in your car.
The Cottage features a kitchen, gas flame pot-belly stove for cozy nights in the living room, 2 LCD TVs (streaming on one TV) and DVD players, stereo with CD player, a large selection of DVDs, high-speed wireless for your laptop to stay in touch with the world, a large luxury slate bathroom with dual sinks and separate large shower, an over-sized 2-person jacuzzi bathtub, and a king-sized bed in the bedroom with luxury linens. The Cottage can sleep up to 5 people (it's cozy with 5!), with 2 in the queen-sized sleeper sofa bed and 1 in the cozy twin-sized sleeping nook. A perfect, romantic stay in the cottage for just two.

Summary: We had a business event at Sundance. Being in the Snow Sports business, we were combining work and play. In lieu of the standard offerings we stayed at Rudy's VRBO. What a great decision! A fantastic condo within walking distance of the spa, the slopes, and the conference center. Clean and well appointed, the unit has a distinctive "Sundance vibe" which fit in perfectly!

Summary: This place is so comfortable and well stocked with anything you might need. The owners/ managers was so easy to work with and communicate with. We loved Sundance. It is such a quaint and special place. We can’t wait for our next trip and would definitely book this place again!

Summary: Sundance is one understated resort on so many levels. Loved that there are not countless retail stores. Food is fabulous at the Sundance lodge and the walk to dinner easy. We did not know about the spa and it was really fabulous. No charge for outdoor pools, barrel sauna, and hot tubs.

Summary: Great place to nest with a loved one and enjoy the mountains. Location is not as ideal as the Cottonwoods or PC but certainly perfect if mother nature abides and crowds are less. Sundance black runs can be as good as any other, though short. Unfortunately, 2025 needs more snow for that to even happen. Still, enjoyed the cabin and it's location to base. Best for couples.

Summary: This place is literally in the heart of Sundance - super close to the restaurants and lift, as well as the hiking trail to Stewart Falls. My wife and I fell in love with the cabin. Quite cozy, super cute, and lots of Sundance charm. Our hosts, Rudy and Kelly, were quite accommodating and gracious. Big thanks to them for making us feel welcome and providing everything we needed. I 100% plan on staying here again.

Summary: A lovely cosy warm vibe. Well decorated. Clean. Lots of light from large windows. Perfect for us as a couple and with two of our adult children visiting. Close (short walking distance) to the Sundance restaurants and ski lift.

Summary: This is a gem! I've been coming to this area every year for 17 years and this was the first time in awhile that I've stayed anywhere but the actual resort. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Quiet, comfy, decorated in the "old Redford way." Perfect for one or two people. Everything felt like a home away from home and a super easy walk to the resort.
