Positive: Its great. Very nicely furnished in a sort of industrial style. Quiet despite being close to a busy road and situated in leafy garden. The access was a doddle and its well run. A great escape and good value.

Negative: There are no taxis. At all. At any time So if you all want to drink, avoid.

Positive: Really nice lodge, with views into a woodland area with lots of squirrels and birds, feels nice and private. Loved the faith in nature shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and nice soft fluffy towels and comfortable double beds. Lodge feels calm and quiet, we had some rain and the patter of the rain on the roof whilst looking out to the woodland was very relaxing. Nice little selection of board games in the cupboard too.

Negative: There were a couple of tea bags but no coffee avaliable. Didn't have too much of an impact on our stay as just a little trip down the road to a supermarket fixed that but it would have been nice to have coffee/ a few more teabags avaliable.

Positive: An absolutely wonderful stay at the lodge couldn't have asked for more. The host was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. If you're after a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, the location is ideal genuinely tranquil and perfectly tucked away. The lodge itself was immaculate; everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. A great selection of board games was on hand, which made for some really fun evenings in. And for those who fancy a meal out, there's a Wetherspoons just a short five-minute drive away a handy bonus we made good use of. Honestly, this place ticks every box. Highly recommend it without hesitation.

Negative: Only thing I would suggest is a handrail on the path down as my older friend found it quite steep

Positive: Loved the quiet, the space and kitchen facilities including washing machine. All very comfortable. Hosts were very helpful and gave a great recommendation of where to watch F1!

Negative: The shower was temperamental! Changed from boiling to freezing with just a small wind down of ideal temperature, but not enough to be an issue!
