Summary: We love the Strand in Sarasota. The condo has access to the pool and a great fitness facility. The balcony overlooks the pool yet feels secluded because of the palm trees close to it. The condo is nicely appointed and has all the amenities. Location is close to the airport and very close to downtown. We are avid walkers and enjoyed being able to walk to downtown. This was our second stay. We hope to be back next year.

Summary: We were in Sarasota to enjoy the pleasant temperatures and to visit our granddaughter. The condo offered us a lovely setting to relax. The location was great. We walked to town and drove to nearby beaches. The condo was comfortable, nicely furnished, well equipped and clean. We will definitely book again in the future.

Summary: Property is clean and roomy enough for a family of four. The balcony had a nice view of the pool and gym. The condo is on a quiet property with a large heated and never crowded pool. The parking is easy and secure. My only suggestion would be an upgraded mattress (unless you prefer a very soft mattress). Overall, It is a nice place and would love to visit again.

Summary: Wanted to get away from winter in Ohio. We’ve been to Sarasota before but wanted to stay in a condo this time. This place is great, wonderful location, close to a grocery store, restaurants and downtown Sarasota. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony and reading out there. We want to stay here again the next time we come to Sarasota.
