Positive: Location was excellent - we were able to walk to so many areas for shopping, restaurants, markets, train and metro stations, etc. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were all clean and very acceptable. Little fridges on every floor came in very handy. The rooftop area was lovely to spend a sunny afternoon and for after dinner chats.

Summary: Would definitely recommend this place for a group and would also stay here again. Super convenient.

Positive: Wonderful condo in Gion. Very quiet and extremely clean and comfortable. Every detail was thought about in preparing for guests. The rooms are one per floor and climbing stairs is required for 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The location is walking distance to many of the Kyoto attractions and restaurants as well as Gion and downtown.
