Positive: Well appointed. Modern. Clean. Additional En suite bathroom. Comfortable firm mattresses. Good AC plus fans.

Negative: Intended to be constructive feedback. Would have liked: Tea, coffee and milk supplied. Trash removal should be included in the $150 cleaning fee. Couldn’t find the disposal location. Short bullet point instructions for door entry, e.g. one code for both doors. Secure parking for only one car. (Booking.com mentions a Lockbox and a pin which isn’t accurate - no lockbox used - confusing. Far too lengthy check in process e.g. too much to read and ID required for every guest). Slightly less ‘threatening’ do’s and don’ts in instructions.

Summary: Very impressed with apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Positive: The Appartements was exceptional clean and super organized. Well equipped and in a perfect location z just a 12 min walk to Ybor City downtown with all the restaurants and bars . So you can leave the car in the Garage and don’t need to waste money for parking. The contact with the host was quick and always on point . We definitely come back

Positive: All of the amenities. The kids loved the pool the best.

Negative: There was not more trash bags to accommodate the trash.
