Negative: It was in the basement and the doors was open so when you get inside the door and take a chisel straight down in the basement ain’t no door separate other people come out the back door and go straight down to the basement like that and I need his space I think I was there for a good 20 minutes and I was stayed out for my birthday Never came back to the property. They got there about five. I came back home.

Positive: It was very clean, and the water pressure was phenomenal. The mini kitchen was handy. It was located in a decent spot between where we all wanted to go, so getting around the city wasn't too difficult.

Negative: From what I gathered from the two nights I was there, there was a family staying above us who had children. The adults upstairs were up until around 2, making it hard for us to sleep. The floor was more comfortable than sitting on the furniture.

Positive: This basement apartment was absolutely perfect for our week in Chicago. We were visiting to see the Cubs play, and it was easy to ride the bus and train to the field. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was well appointed for our needs. I absolutely adored the bathroom tile. There was a standing fan for the bedroom, which was a great addition to sleeping. The value was incredible and I'd book this every time I was in Chicago if available.

Negative: The only thing I can really think is that the kitchen needs a cutting board, and some hooks in the bathroom for towels would be nice. But honestly, it was pretty perfect.

Negative: Height of the ceiling..and the people that live above, you hear them walk until they go to sleep.

Positive: spacious though the ceiling a little bit low. if you are 6ft or taller then you have to be careful with your head.

Negative: Very low ceilings, anybody over 6ft will have to duck. We could hear noisy children on the floor above.
