This luxury beach front property is located south of New Plymouth, nestled between the Tasman Sea and Mt Taranaki.
Stylish, spacious and very private, this contemporary property offers an
awe-inspiring destination for the executive family or for those looking
for that special retreat. A relaxing and luxurious experience complete with a gourmet kitchen, gym, pool, spa and sun decks overlooking a beautiful west coast beach and surrounding countryside. The clay tennis court and pavilion are a recent addition that completes this stunning property.
Constructed of volcanic river stone, glass and granite, the three wings open onto a private inner courtyard and pool.
The property is within a 20 minute drive to many local recreational and cultural attractions.
St Georges By The Sea has received an award from the NZIA - New Zealand Institute of Architects, in the housing category. The property was designed by the local firm of Ardern Peters Architects Ltd New Plymouth.
The newly finished 'St Georges Guest House' which is situated separately on this property can also be rented if more room is needed at extra cost.

Summary: Travelled from Auckland with 3 others for a well deserved girls gettaway. The photos do not do this house any justice, you HAVE TO BE THERE! Loved this amazing place, so much to do with so little time. We definitely made sure to make use of ALL the facilities on our stay. Appreciate the family for sharing their beautiful home, will definitely be returning but staying for longer next time round 😊. Although the place is a bit of a drive to a supermarket, etc... you honestly dont mind. Colleen was awesome & easy to deal with, no stress or hassle. Fully recommend to book this place to stay if you wish to relax & enjoy the company of your group... in luxury! 10/10.
