Summary: The house is very big and very comfortable. It is ideally located to be able to visit the local area and wider Norfolk easily without any journey being too long. Having visited in December we didn't get to enjoy all of the facilities it has to offer but can imagine that in the summer months it must be fantastic to have use of the small garden & terrace. It was perfect for our needs travelling with teenagers and grandparents and we would definitely return.

Summary: We stayed in this property over the bank holiday weekend. We couldn't fault it... The communication prior to our arrival, the ease of arrival, the cleanliness, the space, everything was so well executed. The village is well located near large roads to get you out and about with ease, we loved it. It was just what we needed. We intend to return next year. I'd highly recommend this property!

Summary: A wonderful conversion, spacious and modern yet comfortable and cosy. Well located for visiting a number of local villages and attractions (Beans boats seal trip at Blakeney a must). The family had a really enjoyable stay.

Summary: We had a 3 night stay at this lovely, modern converted barn holiday home. It is a modern well laid out holiday home with all the essential things a family and friends would need for a short break. Under floor heating and a log burner meant it was always warm despite being a spacious environment. A lovely location in a small village with private parking and perfect for days out to the coast all within a 30 minute drive. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this to any family or friends wanting a short break in Norfolk and may well return in the future.

Summary: Lovely well equipped barn with home comforts and plenty of space. The kitchen was superbly equipped so made eating in so much easier and the bbq was a fabulous asset as we were blessed with great weather. Our only grumble was the bedding and pillows, but everything else was top notch.
