Summary: The apartment was perfect for our needs. Location was excellent, property was clean, beds were comfortable all this with a terrace and an elevator. Even though you are close to a busy area the apt was quiet. i will rent this apt again on my next trip to Rome. Our host was AMAZING and was always accessible.

Summary: Luigi was a great host! Centrally located to all the sights in Rome if this is your first time here. House was extremely clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Check in was easy. Set up pick up from airport with Luigi and that went very well. Bedrooms are connected and you have to go thru one to get to the other. We were traveling with friends so kind of awkward but we made it work. House has washer/dryer which we made use of! Luigi is a fabulous host and I would highly recommend this rental.

Summary: This was our first trip to Italy taking a cruise. We wanted to spend some time in Rome. This was the perfect stay. The host, Luigi was wonderful! He arranged transportation for us from the airport and then to our ship for the cruise. The apartment is located near the Pantheon and close to everything. Luigi has a list of recommendations for restaurants, coffee, gelato, etc. he actually called the restaurant for us and made a reservation. You will love this apartment and Luigi!

Summary: Good location close to many points of interest and many food options. Luigi is a magnificent host, when you check in he greets you very cordially with a bottle of wine and with many good recommendations. Very comfortable for a family of 5. In general, the experience staying here was very good.

Summary: We had a wonderful visit in Rome due to this property being 5+ Stars. Our host, Luigi, arranged transfers, gave recommendations for restaurants, met us before check in, and took all our bags to the apartment, allowing us to explore before the check in time. The apartment is in a safe and centrally located neighborhood. Its steps from the pantheon and has 24/7 security outside apartment. Don’t look further; this is a great apartment. Summary: We visited Rome (our first stop of 4) for the Christmas holiday and from the moment we booked Luigi made this part of our stay wonderful. He was very communicative and arranged our transportation from the airport when we arrived and to the train station when we departed. Luigi provided so much great information for local restaurants and activities and the apartment was perfectly equipped and located (near the Patheon). When we return I will definitely book with Luigi again!

Summary: Luigi makes this place your home away from home with almost anything you could want or need. He was spot-on with his recommendations, and connections: seamless airport/train transfers & reservations at restaurants that were booked weeks out (he knows them on a first-name basis). We found oustanding bottles of wine at the shop he sent us to and exquisite coffee, pastries and groceries for breakfast at home. Everywhere he sent us was perfect and friendly! What we appreciated: coffee pods, laundry & DW detergent, big bath sheets (towels), oil, sugar, salt & pepper, a nonstick pan (for eggs laid just days before), multiple sizes of mugs, dishes & utensils, endless hot water (on demand) for a daily soak in the tub, and the convenience of an elevator for my nearly 80 yo in-laws. It also had great natural lighting and a sweet inner balcony. The streets were just quiet enough to sleep with the windows open all night (late March). If you poke a head out of the window in the living area, you can see Pantheon. The taxi stand down the street (to the right of Pantheon if you face it) made for cheap excursions when my in-laws couldn't walk another step. The beds were a comfortable foam with down blankets. We really liked having USBs by the bed to stretch our plug adapters. Both bedrooms could accommodate CPAP machines. It is about 6 floors up. Location, location, location! I cannot wait to come back! It was absolutely magical! I
