Positive: The host was very helpful and polite. We had an issue with the hot water supply in one of the apartments we've rented and had to use the bathroom of the other one. We were refunded accordingly.

Negative: The apartment was small and in general clean, but we had to rewash the dishes. The water flow of the sink in the kitchen was weird. Maybe a dishwasher would be a good idea. The building could be maintained better, which is not in the resposibilities of the host.

Positive: The room was a decent size and had a kitchen. We were able to park the car outside without too many problems. Not very far from the gondola by car. Quiet. A/C was working when we went inside and the room was warm - a nice touch! There were towels for the 3 of us. Instructions for the keys were clear so we didn't have any problems with that either.

Negative: There is nothing luxurious about the place. The bed for my 10yo son was from some old extendable sofa which was dirty and extremely uneven with some parts up and some parts down. For an apartment with a kitchen, there wasn't even salt inside but at least there was cutlery. We didn't have the TV channels working at all and we didn't have any info about available WiFi. I had to contact the host to get the details which is really annoying.

Summary: Wouldn't repeat or recommend to a friend!
