Positive: The apartment was a 10. Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher were great. Provided breakfast with croissants and jam or Nutella and juice. Car park was just outside the building and very safe (gated). Carlos was such a good host. Very attentive to our needs and at hand to meet any issues as he was staying in the same building too. Responses to what's app was instant. Rooms and bathrooms are perfect for a very comfortable stay. Even provided portable heaters when we first arrive feeling cold. Lifts were also working well so no issues for the elderly or luggages. Cannot ask for more. Definitely will return to stay.

Positive: The property was spacious. The location is close to Villa d'Este, WITH parking. The hosts are hospitable and generous with their welcome pack. The kitchen is well-stocked, so one can really feel at home here. Carlo the host is very responsive and communicative.

Negative: The location was not easy to find, since it was on a hill with lots of high-rise buildings, and the apartment itself is actually located a bit back and hidden from the main street. I kept walking the street in a vain attempt to find it, but thankfully Carlo kept an eye out for us and ran out into the street to greet us. While there is parking in the back, it is not easy since it is one-way and on a steep hill.

Positive: Our host, Couldn't have been more helpful & kind. This is a very clean apartment with lots of living space & 2 outdoor sitting/ eating areas, kitchen is well stocked with equipment, everything you need for breakfast to a banquet. The extra nice touches were so thoughtful, like tooth paste & cotton buds to a lovely crate of goodies, teas & coffees to welcome us. All the mod cons in what felt like a family home. Wonderful
