More than just a holiday home, our apartment offers a degree of luxury you won’t want to leave. As you enter you will be delighted by the light, the spaciousness and the décor.
You will probably want to pour yourself a drink, so help yourself to cool bottled water dispensed by the American fridge/freezer, and of course you have a constant supply of ice cubes and crushed ice.
As part of your welcome, we provide tea, coffee, sugar and milk; bottled water, fruit juice, beer and wine.
Now your holiday should be off to the perfect start!
After you have made yourself at home, you can take a moment to read through the Welcome Information Pack. We have provided all the information you will need to access the WiFi, use the internet TV, the air conditioning and generally orient yourself with the apartment. We have also given directions and maps so that you can quickly find your way to the supermarket etc. and around Puerto del Carmen and the Old Town Harbour.
We have provided a safe, so that you have peace of mind knowing that your valuables are secure while you are away from the apartment.
Not only do you have the full package of British TV channels, but also film on demand, catch up TV and radio. You also have free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and on the terrace, which is unlimited.
The terrace is a great area for relaxing, eating, reading and of course sunbathing, but the Lanzarote sun is very strong, and even on the occasional hazy day, it is easy to burn in a short time. We have installed a retractable sun awning which will provide a shaded area over part of the terrace, ideal for enjoying a siesta!
We have invested in the most comfortable mattresses, so that each morning you will wake up after a good night’s sleep feeling refreshed. We believe that holidays are about rest and relaxation as well as having fun!
The principal bedroom has a super king size bed and the twin room can be made up as two singles or as a super king size.
There is air conditioning in the living area and in both bedrooms. It is operated via a coin metre. This is not to make money! It is programmed to cover only the cost of the electricity.

Summary: We loved our stay at Colina Del Sol. Well situated near the old Harbour and our favourite restaurant Bodega in the old town. The 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment is quality all round. Excellent TV with lots of channels with sky sport films etc. Balcony really private with great awning great to dine on. We had great weather all week and balcony was a real sun spot facing south, sun all day. Louise was a great host, she organised picking us up at the airport and taking us back for our return flight. The welcome pack Louise organised was really useful a nice touch, Colinal del sol is a very safe complex with security gates, We would definitely book again.

Summary: This is the second time we stayed in the apartment and as before we couldn’t fault anything, everything you could need for a relaxing holiday and Louise was excellent and helpful and we look forward to returning.

Summary: Louise’s apartment is very luxurious and we were very impressed. We were staying nearer the strip for three days prior and Louise offered to pick us up which was a nice touch! She had bought us some welcome provisions including Wine and she stopped around for a while to show us round and explain how things worked such as the Tv stove and ice machine in the fridge. The living area is large, there are two double bedrooms both with en suite. The outside balcony is a lovely sun trap. Very close to amenities such as Dino supermarket and bars on the street level and only 5 minutes to the Harbour. Louise also provides a lift to the airport service. We had a great stay and would thoroughly recommend.
